Cancellation Policy

Bookings & Cancellations Booking: All sessions are by appointment only. You can book via my website or directly through the provided booking link. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. You can do this via email or through your booking confirmation. Cancellations: Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows (no contact and non-attendance) will be charged the full session fee. Late Arrivals Sessions run to a set time to respect both your schedule and other clients’. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and considered a no-show (see above). Payment Terms Payment is required in advance or at the time of your session. Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, Stripe (online card), or cash by prior arrangement. For packages, payment is due prior to the first session unless otherwise arranged.
